1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons water (adjust for desired consistency)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth.

Stir in just better.® Prebiotic Fiber until fully dissolved.

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 Tablespoons just better.® Prebiotic Fiber


In a jar, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), turmeric, ginger, and garlic.

Add just better.® Prebiotic Fiber and shake well until fully combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Drizzle over a salad for a vibrant, health-boosting flavor.

Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing is a creamy, herb blend that elevates any salad. Combining Greek yogurt with fresh herbs like parsley, cilantro, and tarragon, it offers a vibrant green color and aromatic taste. Garlic and lemon juice add a zesty kick, while olive oil provides a rich texture.

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 Tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, cilantro, tarragon, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
