Returns Policy


We’ve totally been there – sometimes, things just don’t work out.

We want you to be completely satisfied with all of the items that you purchase from www.getjustbetter.com and if you’re not, we offer easy, hassle free returns and exchanges. 

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you may either exchange the item or return it for a full refund within thirty (30) days.

It’s easy!  Just email us at info@getjustbetter.com and include:

  • Your name;

  • The product you want to return or exchange;

  • Your order number;

  • The date of purchase; and 

  • An explanation why you’re returning the item – we really appreciate feedback from our customers so we can improve our just better.® products and customer experience.  

Once we get your email, we will take it from there!  We will process the return or exchange, send you a return shipping label, and/or provide any other instructions or details regarding your return.

A few items to note on refunds:

  • Refunds are only offered onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Processing refunds can take up to 7 days.  Once  we receive your email and process the return/refund, it can take up to 5 days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

Damaged or defective item?

Oh no!  We take great care in packaging your items.  We do recognize that occassionally shipping damage can happen.  If this occurs, please contact us at info@getjustbetter.com and include:.  

  • Your name, 

  • The product that was damaged during transit;

  • Your order number;

  • The date of purchase; and 

  • Any photos you have of the damage, which can help us implement changes to our packaging, so future products can avoid the same fate!

Once we receive your email, we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner and cover any shipping charges for any defective item or if there was any damage to the item due to shipping. Detailed instructions for the return will be provided in our email confirmation.

Incorrect Item?

Oopsies!  We’re so sorry about that!  

If you received the incorrect item, please email us at info@getjustbetter.com.  

  • Include your name, a description of the mistake, your order number and date of purchase.

We will get to work on making it right!  We will cover shipping charges for any incorrect item received. Detailed instructions will be provided in our email confirmation.  Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to do whatever it takes to make things right for you!
