3 ½ Cups Barista Blend Oat Milk
1 14-oz Can full-fat Coconut Milk
4-6 Tbsp Maple Syrup, to taste
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon, to taste
1/4 tsp fresh ground Nutmeg, to taste
6 to 8 Tablespoons of just better.® Prebiotic Fiber
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Ground Clove (optional)
1-ounce Rum, Brandy, or Bourbon (per 8-ounce serving)
Non-Dairy Whipped Cream (We like Coconut whipped cream)
Cinnamon and fresh Nutmeg to sprinkle on top
In a large saucepan, combine barista blend oat milk, full-fat coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, and just better.® Prebiotic Fiber.
Whisk the mixture often and heat it on medium heat until it is almost boiling.
Whisk nog while simmering for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
