4 large organic cucumbers, thinly sliced

½ organic red onion, finely chopped 

1 bunch of organic radishes, thinly sliced 

1/4 cup fresh organic dill, chopped 

Creamy Dill Dressing:

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 Garlic cloves, chopped

4 Tablespoons just better.® Prebiotic Fiber

Salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, radishes, and dill.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, just better.® Prebiotic Fiber, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
