However, they do contain a moderate amount of fiber overall, which includes both soluble and insoluble fiber. That’s why the addition of just better.® gives this treat a powerful fiber boost!

Grab your blender, and let's dive into the recipe for Fiber-Rich Strawberry Sorbet!
4 Cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
4 Tablespoons just better.® fiber
1 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Optional: Fresh mint or basil leaves or sliced strawberries for garnish
Place the strawberries, water, honey, or maple syrup, just better.® fiber, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed. Blend again to incorporate any additional sweetener until desired consistency.
Pour the strawberry mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish.
Place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Before serving, allow the sorbet to soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes.
