We start by dissolving just better.® prebiotic fiber in water to create a functional base that supports gut health, digestion, and fiber-intake goals— without changing the taste or texture of your finished sauce.

🔥🥜 Prebiotic Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

¾ cup powdered peanut butter

3 tablespoons just better.® prebiotic fiber

⅓ cup water

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon coconut aminos, liquid aminos, or low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or agave

1 to 2 tablespoons chili paste (adjust to your heat preference)

¼ teaspoon garlic powder 

  • Optional:

½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (for warmth)

½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil (for depth)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, dissolve the just better.® prebiotic fiber in the water, stirring until fully dissolved.

Whisk in the powdered peanut butter until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

Taste and adjust—add more chili paste for heat, more lime for brightness, or a splash of coconut aminos to mellow and round out the flavor.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Stir/shake before using.
