Strawberry Mango Salsa

Ingredients


1 cup diced fresh strawberries

1 cup diced ripe mango


1/4 cup finely diced red onion


1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional for crunch)


Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)


2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Pinch of sea salt, to taste


Instructions


Prep your ingredients: Wash, dry, and dice your strawberries and mango into small, uniform pieces. Finely dice the red onion and bell pepper if using. Chop the cilantro.
