Inspired by our recent blog post, Mental Health: The Butterfly Effect, we steeped ourselves in the soothing world of turmeric and ginger. Our Turmeric and Ginger Tea Latte, infused with just better.® Prebiotic Fiber, is a mug full of warm, comforting wellness.

Turmeric: The Golden Spice of Life

Turmeric, often called the "golden spice," is renowned not just for its bold color and unique flavor but also for its impressive health benefits. 

Turmeric is a vibrant root packed with curcumin, a compound celebrated for its anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric and Ginger Tea Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup of oat milk (Barista blends work best!)

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1 teaspoon locally-sourced honey (Helps with allergies!)

2 Tablespoons or 2 stick packs of just better.® Prebiotic Fiber

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat oat milk over medium heat until just simmering.

Whisk in the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and just better.® Prebiotic Fiber until well combined.

Continue to heat for another minute or two, making sure to not let it boil.

Remove from heat and sweeten with honey if desired.

Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
