Get ready to sink your teeth into our just better.® Fiberlicious Flavor-Burst Burger, where the goodness of organic grass-fed beef (or a meat alternative) meets the benefits of just better.® prebiotic fiber. 

With a dash of spices (or if you'd like to make is simple, we love Memphis City Blues Gourmet Seasoning Blend!), some aromatic minced garlic, finely chopped onions, and a touch of vibrant red bell pepper, this burger is set to revolutionize your taste buds and boost your fiber intake. So, let's dive right in and create a burger that's deliciously nutritious! 

Fiberlicious Flavor-Burst Burgers 


1 Pound organic grass-fed beef (or meat alternative of your choice)

6 Tablespoons just better.® prebiotic fiber

1 Large Egg

½ Cup old-fashioned rolled oats

4 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Small onion, finely chopped

¼ Cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 Teaspoon paprika

1 Teaspoon cumin

½ Teaspoon salt

½ Teaspoon black pepper

Burger buns of your choice

Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)

Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc., or try our just better.® Zesty Avo-Jalapeño Ranch)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the organic grass-fed beef (or meat alternative) with just better.® prebiotic fiber, rolled oats, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  1. Shape the mixture into burger patties of your desired size and thickness.  
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of avocado oil to prevent sticking, if needed. Place the burger patties onto the cooking surface and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.

Tip: Burgers can also be cooked in an air-fryer! Check your device's instructions for cook times. 

  1. While the patties are cooking, toast your burger buns lightly if desired.
  1. Once the patties are cooked to perfection, transfer them onto the toasted burger buns. Top with your favorite toppings and condiments. Feel free to get creative here and load it with veggies!
