Yield: About 2 cups

Ingredients

3 ripe avocados

1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1–2 jalapeños, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Juice of 1 lime

Directions
