Yes! just better.® prebiotic fiber is dissolvable and has zero grit! It does not change the texture of your favorite foods and drinks!  

JBB Tip: When mixing into chilled drinks, like cocktails or iced tea, we recommend stirring in just better.® fiber before you add ice. 

just better.® prebiotic fiber is temperature stable.  You can add it to both hot and cold foods and beverages and it has the same effectiveness.  It does take a bit longer for it to completely dissolve in super cold liquids.  Just be patient - it WILL completely dissolve.  And hot liquids… it will dissolve so fast you don’t even need to stir!

Will just better.® prebiotic fiber turn to gel?

No. just better.® prebiotic fiber does not turn to gel in drinks or food.

However, once you consume just better.®, it coats the inside lining of the intestine and slows the rate of carbohydrate (glucose) absorption into the bloodstream. It also feeds the good-for-you gut bacteria, balance blood sugars, and escort bad cholesterol out of your body.* (It does a lot of heavy lifting once it’s added to your routine!)
